Every year, Greenwich EMS transforms one of our ambulances into a Halloween-themed wonder, delighting families across the community. What began in 2020 as a way to bring joy to children during the pandemic has grown into a beloved tradition that’s highly anticipated by kids and parents alike.

Our Halloween Haunt features a fully decorated ambulance, packed with spooky surprises and a festive atmosphere. It’s a safe and family-friendly way to celebrate the season while supporting Greenwich EMS and the vital services we provide.

Event Registration

To ensure every child has a special experience, we ask that registration be completed for each individual child at your stop. When registering, please make sure:

Quantity: Select a registration quantity equal to the number of children expecting a gift.
Child Information: Include each child’s name and age so Santa can personalize the experience!

How do I register if we’re planning a visit for multiple families in one location?

For multiple families at one stop, please select a unique group name during registration. This helps us organize and ensure each child has a memorable experience!

When will we receive our scheduled arrival time?

We’ll notify you of your estimated arrival window at the beginning of the week of your registration (Monday or Tuesday). While we’ll do our best to accommodate specific time requests, please note that schedules may vary slightly due to high demand. No request times are guaranteed. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to accommodate your request.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

In the event of severe weather, we’ll communicate any changes or cancellations via email, ensuring everyone stays safe and informed.
